In the middle of a National Emergency the Conservative Party will take another step in breaking up the United Kingdom.
On the 6th of May 2020 (DV) the National Assembly for Wales is to be renamed the Welsh Parliament as legislated for in Section 9 of the Wales Act 2017.
The "Parliament" will also receive new powers on the subjects of the institution's name, franchise and general operation.
Legislation on these subjects will be exercised not on a simple single vote majority but by creeping "supermajorityism" (a majority of one is not recognised as a majority and a specified higher
threshold of majority is required similar to the "supermajorityism" that we saw put into the Fixed Parliaments Act 2011 and was used in the House of Commons in 2019 where a
majority is two thirds of parliaments 650 MP's ie 434.
This is all part of the fiction being built by the "progressive" establishment (including the BBC) that the United Kingdom is composed of four nations in order to replace the British
Constitution with a new, secular, and federal constitution.

On 6 May 2020, the National Assembly for Wales (hereafter “the Assembly”) will officially be renamed, adopting the new title of Senedd Cymru / Welsh Parliament. The change comes as a result of section 9 of the Wales Act 2017, amending the Government of Wales Act 2006 (hereafter “GOWA”) to include the new section 111A which transfers to the Assembly the power to legislate on matters relating to its electoral and operational arrangements.
The new powers transferred under the 2017 Act were in keeping with recommendations made in Part II of the Silk Commission Report (R.53) and included in the St. David’s Day Agreement, as well as also reflecting some similar provisions implemented in Scotland under the Scotland Act 2016. Under section 111A Government of Wales Act GOWA, the Assembly may now, by way of a two-thirds supermajority, pass legislation on protected subject-matter relating to the name, franchise or operation of the Assembly.
The first attempt at legislation under the new powers took form in the Senedd and Elections (Wales) Bill which was introduced into the Assembly in February 2019. After a number of passionate debates in the Assembly, the Bill met the supermajority requirement in a vote on 27 November 2019, receiving royal assent on 15 January 2020. The terms of the new Senedd and Elections (Wales) Act 2020 see Wales become the second part of the UK, after Scotland, to extend the franchise to 16 and 17 year olds in devolved elections. Further, as already noted, the Act also changes the name of the legislature in Wales, a change which the explanatory memorandum details was designed ‘to better reflect the evolution of its constitutional status, to the national parliament that it is today’. Developing this final point, we turn now to evaluate the constitutional position of Wales within the territorial constitution.

Bailing Out the Private Sector

The report has shown a massive transfer of taxpayers money £180 billion to private corporations,
This bailout highlights the need to re/nationalise key activities in the economy.
As we have just seen with the Goldman Sacks Chancellor Rishi Sunak Budget - after over 10 years of further austerity measures the Conservative Party has now found a cart load of money and we find that all along there was not only enough money to get by but loads more to spend!!
If only we had known this back in 2008 we could have avoided misery, the debt and the lost talent and potential for a decade.

The Thin Wall
There is a thin wall between what remains of our (historically) ordered society and it's complete breakdown.
Of course, enough electricity is still (just) being generated and transmitted through the national grid, powering cash machines and gadgets, the water, food and fuel distribution networks continue to supply the large supermarkets but as we have mentioned over the years, these highly digital managed logistical systems are highly exposed to disruption.
The dissolution of the homogenous Christian cohesive society upon which, our binding social elements have all been built (the same religion, history, language, customs, conventions, habits, mistakes, manners and general behaviours) and which provided us with practical strength during emergencies and war has had it’s impact.
These are largely gone, many do not even know their neighbours never mind speak the same language as them.
This lack of self recognition and “social intimacy” is the unspoken gap in the local fabric and of the nation itself.
In the event of a local or regional or national emergency this gap will make things worse not better.
We have also highlighted the absence of national and local organisations and the essential resources that would provide public protection and defence in the event of a local, regional or national emergency.
The British Army (and Royal Navy and Royal Air Force) and police forces are depleted and what remains is far to preoccupied with "equality and diversity" courses to deliver in strength and force the reserve and emergency provision that may be required.
The TA has been abolished and the Civil Defence Corps (comprising 330,000) no longer exists.
The organisations and institutions of government cannot function properly today while the weather is thankfully mild and thankfully there is no local, regional or national emergency.
In 2017 most homes are poor.
Most homes do not have reserve provisions of water, food, medical supplies or fuel.
The Conservative and Labour parties have created this exposure.

and the “Dictatorship of the Air”
Britons today cannot afford the bus fare to their local town centre never mind afford air travel to America or elsewhere overseas.
The recent demo’s in the United Kingdom regarding the United States of America’s entry policy
(entirely a matter for America and none of our business) is politics by proxy.
The demo’s and attendant coverage are superficially about American policy but are more deeply about Britain and the challenge to the “progressive” revolution in Britain over the past fifty years.
To the supporters of the 1960’s “progressive” movement (including the Conservative Party) their political narrative is meant to linear.
There is not meant to be another narrative.
Their opinion and outlook is meant to be the only one.
The internet (the printing press of the 21st century), the rise of independent media and the loss of the EU membership opinion poll has shattered their “worldview” and narrative.
An alternative narrative now exists, they know this and they fear it.
They fear the “progressive” revolution will be reversed.
It is no surprise that air travel and open borders and the mass movement of people are the issues that have generated so much angst and coverage among them.
Most of the advocates and virtue signallers of the new “progressive” caste travel this way (See also Vassal Territory Blog Entry 51), conveniently overlooking their precious carbon footprint and ironically, for a group so self consciously modern, they ignore all the wonders of modern technology that have reduced the need for the physical transit of people, such as (widely available) mobile phones, the internet, video conferencing and 3D printers etc.
They are largely engaged in the soft, globalised, digital, entertainment, media, service, finance sectors, and that nebulous strata of “management” that floats from one sector to another with no root in a particular discipline, knowledge or trade.
These are all activities highly suitable for digital methods of communication and output with little need for physical transit.
This new caste has echoes of the
“Dictatorship of the Air” element of H G Wells 1933 book “The Shape of Things to Come”.
It tells of a dictatorship coming to power after war, an executive emerging from the surviving transport systems across the globe and exercising power.
A dictatorship intent on creating a world state and utopia according only to their tastes and their interests.

dominating Financial and Service Sector (about 80% of output and about 84% of the workforce - if only that was industrial capacity and emplyment)
which has disappeared in the past three weeks like "snow aff a dyke".
It is plain hipocrisy that the Conservative government now appeals to the British for their Christian religious instincts and charitable actions and then appeals to what remains of
industrial manufacting Britain to make things (imagine the industrial capacity available today if Britain had not been de-industrialised and then it appeals for a
national patriotic mood and push for unity.

Budget
After introducing 10 years of compounded misery, poverty and (and further loss of talent and potential of the British) under the name of austerity the Consservative Party, £600 of British taxpayers money has just been discovered and is to be spen.
This money will be handed over to the "progressive" establishment mechanisms (PPP/PFI) and "charities" and front companies and all the other false flag commercial entities not least in the "financial" sector setup up rip off the British and introduce the "Progressive State" inevery shpere of activity you can think of.

The Neglect of Nationhood
At commonrepresentation.org.uk we have through the years highlighted the neglect of Nationhood and in particular the increased - exposure and risk and danger that the "progressive" and "liberal" policies of the past fifity years have created in the United Kingdom.
Wether it is environmental - flooding or physical infrastructure (electricity generation and distribution) to the water and medical and food supply chain or communications - terrestrial and digital or nuclear, chemical, and biological threats, the Conservative and Labour establishment (CALE) has neglected and abandoned the heavy duty of Nationhood.
Of course central to it all is that it would rest on a homogenuous and cohesive society with a common identity and common governmental and regulatory framework.
For fifty years the CALE has increased immigration and set about the division of society in the moral and social dimensions.
Abortion and Divorce both on an industrial scale do not strengthen society they weaken society.
The shallow, short term (every terms a new start/stop profit point), debt based service sector and the atomised "fluid" society it generates dissolves national cohession and unity.
Meanwhile general governance both national and local is divided (privatised and subcontracted to the sub-subcontrator and then to the sub-sub-subcontractor) and monetised (see the PFI/PPP cost of school maintence).
The CALE has withdrawn from Nation duties and responsibilities (to focus on money and superprofit and building a "progressive utopia) not least in defence and civil defence and infrastructure - all in the name of "progressive" and "liberal" anti-nation politics.
There has been no serious or substantial civil defence measures put in place for over fifty years, if there had been, we would have a Civil Defence Force of some 330,000 strong (like we used to have) and we would have a Territorial Army and Naval Reserve and Air Reserve (like we used to have).
We would have an National and Integral Infrastructure with Coal pits, British Rail, Coal Burning Power stations (and secure distribution and power reserves) and local and regional reserve infrastructure, resources and management (the provision of essential utilities and items would be paramount) all ready to kick in when needed and all operated by serious men.
The Cale is not interested in civil defence and the like (too dirty, too mechanical and too much old Britain).
The No Border and Limitless Immigration and Limitless Market policies are at the core of the "progressive" - No Nation mantra expoused by Mr Johnson and the Conservative Party.

In the UK, the people (IE the electorate) are sovereign. They authorise their representatives (MP’s) to carry out a programme of policies that they approve of (laid out in the MP’s manifesto) by voting for them in an election. Under UK constitutional law, the House of Commons holds ultimate sovereignty (on behalf of and authorised by the electorate) and in a unitary state like the UK therefore, the HoC, and not the devolved legislatures, is the supreme sovereign body. Holyrood, the Welsh Assembly and Stormont (or the London Assembly for that matter) are NOT sovereign parliaments and the UK is a single (or unitary) country with constituent parts that pool their resources for the common good, not a ‘union of sovereign nations’. It is also important to note that, in a unitary state sovereignty ultimately lies with the central political power, (the Commons in the UK’s case) and remains there, even after powers have been devolved to parts of that unitary country. Furthermore, In a unitary state, the central authority can devolve any amount of power it chooses to any number of regions of itself, but ultimate sovereignty remains entirely with the central authority, which can revoke, in part or full, those powers simply by repealing the Acts of Parliament that set up the devolved powers in the first place. There is absolutely no need under the UK Constitution for the House of Commons to seek or secure any kind of confirmatory vote from the electorate of the devolved region or from the devolved legislature before doing this, though in practice, this would be seen as undemocratic and heavy handed. If a pro-Union party included the abolition of the devolved legislatures (legislative devolution) and their replacement with administrative devolution in their manifesto for a General Election and won a majority on such a manifesto pledge then that would give it a cast-iron democratic mandate to do so. No referendum would be needed. Once a future government wins a mandate for abolition through gaining a majority in a General Election based on a manifesto pledge to do so, the path to ending devolution is straightforward and clear. Under constitutional law, all that is required to end the existence of the devolved legislatures is to introduce an act into parliament that repeals the original Parliamentary acts that set up devolution in the first place and that would be it- no more Holyrood, Welsh Assembly, Stormont or London Assembly. Administrative devolution keeps power and democracy localised to the parts of the UK as they control their own purely local (Scottish, Welsh, Ulster and London) affairs. Anything that affects the entire UK would remain within the remit of the House of Commons. The Union is 100% guaranteed as there is no devolved legislature through which modern aggressive nationalism, as personified by the SNP, can push for independence referenda, the fatal intrinsic flaw in legislative devolution. This is emphatically not just a reactionary lurch back to the pre-1997 status quo. The act of devolving powers to a region of itself in no way confers or transfers sovereignty to that devolved region (as is the case under federalism). The principle of the ultimate sovereignty of the House of Commons is confirmed even by the website of the Scottish Parliament, which states: ‘Under this system of devolution Scotland is still part of the United Kingdom and the UK Parliament in Westminster is sovereign (has ultimate power).’ We all live in a country called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. © 2020 Stephen Bailey

A property firm has banned staff members from claiming expenses for meals that contain meat.

Developer Igloo Regeneration, which bills itself as Britain's leading 'responsible real estate business', told workers the move was a bid to reduce its environmental impact.
It means that any catering or meals staff buy to entertain clients or workshops must be vegetarian if they want to get their money back.
The company employs 30 people and they regularly work outside of the office.

Kate Marfleet, 28, is head of the firm's values team and persuaded staff to go vegetarian last year, despite some opposition.
She said: 'We realised we needed the whole company to come on board, it couldn't just be imposed.

While (by far) the greater number of Britons today now live in daily: poverty, indentured labour, debt, misery and lonliness (many others convince themselves that they are "comfortable" as a result of spending the past - debt and inheritance (you can only spend that once)
- including social, financial and societal elements - and then they float on a tax and public payments system (including the tax funded "private sector") that rewards productive and creative failure, managerial statism and thoughtlessness - these are some of the reasons why so many things do not work today or do not work as they should) fewer and fewer Britons know how to do things or make things.

Your Voting - Your Not Voting
On the 4th of February 2020, the House of Commons voted on the "English" NHS Funding Bill.
MP's from constituencies across Scotland walked through the lobby of the House of Commons and were declared non votes (the same applies to Northern Irish and depending on the legislation Welsh, MP's too) by the House of Commons while MP's from English constituencies were declared votes ("...a right to vote...") by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Commons.
This was all due to the Conservative Party's: English Votes For English Law legislation (EVEL).
Rather than repeal the unequal and divisive legislative devolution acts, the Conservative Party has introduced a measure to cause further division and exclude MP's from Scottland, Northern Ireland and Wales from common voting with MP's from England on legislation that predominately effects a part of England - but not exclusively. All legislation efffects/impacts the rest of the of the United Kingdom to some degree (either in substance or in money terms). The United Kingdom is a Nation, a singular body politic.
Rather than all 650 MP's having the same common power's, procedure's and practice, there is now a complex and multilateral system of voting in the House of Commons (Uncommons) that is defined by which undevolved/devolved territory that the MP'S constituency sits in.

This is a historical and revolutionary action that is taking place.

Desperate to gain favour from the "Progressive" Conservative Party establishment and "come in from the cold" many previous public critics of the Conservative Party's "Withdrawal Agreement" (terms worse than the present terms) have now (after the Conservative propaganda machine has done it's work) accepted it as "the best we can get".
It is an act of self-deciet.
The many entanglements (including the legislative embedding f over 3 million Eurostate citizens- see "settled status") contained in the Treaty are a recalibration of membership rather than a return to the pre-1973 order and relationship, a reasonable return to which we would support.
This is not a reasonable return to that order.
It is a further denigration of the United Kingdom as a Nation.
We must remember that it is the moral and social elements of the Nation that matter first. If we concentrate on them then the other elements of national life: defence, economy, industry etc will take their natural and beneficial form.
There has been far too much talk about trade and not enough about the Nation.
On that note, enough to say, that must remember that the United Kingdom's largest market is the United Kingdom.
What matters most for business wanting to trade over the national frontier is that a trade agreement exists for a reasonable duration until replaced by another not the particulars of different trading territories and the subsequent - multilateral negotiations that are required (a form of three dimensional chess).
An authentic exit on World Trade Organisation terms would still provide this (and avoid the diversions and expense of continuing particular trade deals) and permit the United Kingdom to focus on the regeneration of itself in the moral, social, defence, industrial and political dimensions.
However even if the Conservative Party's "Withdrawal Treaty" provided a WTO exit from the Eurostate, for commonrepresentation.org.uk the price is too high.

The United Kingdom is authorised by the general election of the 650 constituencies that compose it.
It is not and never has been authorised by referendum.
The Union was renewed in the general election of 2010.
The Edinburgh Agreement was signed in 2012.
Authority remained in the 650 MP's throughout the Parliament of 2010 to 2015.
No legislation exists that created a secondary/complimentary Authority in the referendum. The referendum was an opinion poll.
The "Edinburgh Agreement" was simply an arrangement by the Conservative government
(who initiated the entire referendum debacle - not the SNP - on January 8th 2012)
and the SNP in order to facilitate the logistics of the referendum.
The Conservative Party has again endorsed the cult of referendum rather than Parliamentary Authority.

The UK is a unitary state, a country, not a ‘Union of nations’. We all live together in a country called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland which shares a common British identity, culture and outlook with some regional variations that should be respected and cherished. It has become common even for people who should know better (like various UK Prime Ministers such as David Cameron and Theresa May) to describe the U.K. as a ‘Union of nations’. This is simply factually incorrect under UK constitutional law. The UK is a unitary, or single, country with four constituent parts-Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England. NONE of these constituent parts are sovereign countries anymore (Scotland and England since 1707, Wales since the Sixteenth Century and Northern Ireland for about 800 years). Calling the UK’s constituent parts ‘countries’ is factually incorrect and legitimises and bolsters the SNP’s claims that Scotland is a separate country It also buttresses the idea in people’s minds that there is no such thing as Britishness as it re-enforces the idea that there are four countries on the British Isles instead of just one (plus Eire, obviously). Scotland is an integral part of a country called the UK. It is often said to me by nationalists, and even many Unionists, that Scotland is a sovereign country, not a region of the UK. This is not the case.
After Union in 1707, Scotland pooled her sovereignty (and resources) with Wales and England (and Ireland after 1801) to became a constituent part of a country called Great Britain (the UK of GB and Ireland after 1801 and the UK of GB and NI after partition in 1922) with national sovereignty residing solely in the House of Commons. The same is true of the other constituent parts of the UK, Wales and Northern Ireland. Both these constituent parts of the UK enjoy their own distinctive culture and traditions but have also pooled their sovereignty and resources with the other parts of the UK to form a single polity that works together for the benefit of all, but still retain and practice their own distinctive culture and traditions. Nationalists, and even some Unionists, might object to this on the grounds that it somehow diminishes their part of the UK, or demotes it to the status of a province of England. This is simply not the case, however. A unitary state doesn't necessarily have to be a centralised, out of touch, state. One criticism certain people, even many Unionists, have of the concept of the UK being a unitary state is that this would make her highly centralised and therefore the regions of the UK would be controlled by far away, out of touch, London and local culture and character would be lost as the regions become submerged in one large bloc with England. However, this doesn't have to be so. Within a unitary country, you can still have regional variations that support local democracy, character and culture. Administrative devolution, whereby all power that is relevant to the running of local affairs is devolved to local councils, organisations and individuals and everything else resides within the remit of the House of Commons (no Holyrood, Welsh Assembly or Stormont) ensures that democratic accountability is kept at the local level and that decisions on local political issues are taken by local people who know far better than far away London what's best for their own locale. Decisions on other issues of localism (such as culture ETC) are also taken by well-informed local people and not some apparatchik in London. Under a well thought out and thoroughgoing system of administrative devolution, a unitary UK can serve local democracy, localism and a strong, one hundred per cent secure and stable Union.
Under administrative devolution there are no devolved executives (no Holyrood, Welsh assembly or Stormont). Any powers that are relevant to the governance of local matters are devolved to local councils and any that relate to national issues are the remit of the House of Commons. This way, power is kept localized to the regions of the UK and democracy is kept close to the people as local councillors know what's best for their region far better than MP's, MSP's or MLA's in faraway London, Edinburgh or Cardiff. The Union.is one hundred per cent guaranteed as there is no 'national' parliament through which modern aggressive nationalism, as personified by the SNP (but also the increasingly by the increasingly bellicosely vocal for independence/re-unification Plaid Cymru, SDLP and IRA/Sinn Fein) can pursue independence referenda. This way, the regions of the UK are fully able to control local conditions within a one hundred per cent secure unitary United Kingdom.
Being in an incorporating Union DOESN'T mean that its constituent parts have to become submerged in an all-encompassing bloc and lose their ability to govern their own local affairs (or lose local cultural identity either). It is often.m argued, even by many Unionists, not just nationalists, that a major drawback with the Union is the fact that their particular part of the UK (Scotland, Wales or NI) becomes submerged into a monolithic bloc with England, losing its local democracy and even its local culture and identity. 'We become just a part of England' they claim. However, it is one hundred per cent possible for the constituent parts of the UK to retain both localism in political matters and their local characteristics and culture whilst still one hundred per cent maintaining a homologous incorporating Union. It is often claimed by nationalists that legislative devolution is not a danger to the unitary nature of the UK (despite the glut of evidence such as the independence referendum they made happen in 2014 even though at the time only twenty eight per cent of people supported independence and also despite the fact that the constitution is a reserved matter and their subsequent constant pushing for another one to be held) and that they are simply trying to secure some autonomy for Scotland, some local control over Scottish matters as a counterbalance to the House of Commons. This is shown up for the nonsense that it is as if this was the case then they would accept administrative devolution, as this provides full local control for the constituent parts of the UK.
The real reason they insist on legislative devolution is that they want to utilise their devolved executive to grab control of then utilize it to push for independence referenda. This is backed up by the events in Scotland since the SNP seized control from Labour in 2007. There has been a succession of events in which the nationalists have made one attempt after another to transform their devolved executive into a proto-national government, including re-styling Holyrood as the ‘Scottish Government', rather than just the ‘Scottish Executive'. Central to the concept of the UK being a unitary state is that there should be a common UK Parliament with all MP's enjoying the right to vote on issues that arise from across the UK. Legislative devolution has created a multi-layered system of executives and a national parliament which has created much inequality between the constituent parts of this country. One of the biggest problems with legislative devolution is the famous West Lothian question. The creation of separate devolved executives for the constituent parts of the UK has led to Scottish MP's being allowed to vote on matters that affects the other parts of the UK, but MP's from England, Wales and Northern Ireland can't vote on Scottish matters. This was extremely unfair and led to much resentment against the devolutionary settlement, and rightfully so. In order to counter this, the government of David Cameron introduced English Votes For English Laws (EVEL). This stripped Scottish MP's of the right to vote on English matters. This may seem fair, but the reality was that all it does is highlight the escalating madness of the legislative devolutionary process.
Legislative devolution has introduced a self-propagating process whereby the UK is increasingly pulled apart by the inherent flaws and unfairness of the system. Administrative devolution neatly gets around this by ensuring that the regions of the UK are capable of governing their own local matters, whilst ensuring that the UK isn't destroyed by such processes. Re-stating that the UK is a unitary country is necessary, every once in a while, as it has become increasingly clear in the last twenty years since the introduction of legislative devolution that this principle is under attack from all sides, even the so-called 'Unionist' parties such as the Conservatives, Labour and the Liberal democrats. There are currently no mainstream political parties that support the concept of the UK as a unitary country with a common British culture and outlook or believe in a common British Parliament with British votes for British laws. For the last fifty years, the UK has gone down a path of de-constructing the last three hundred years of our history and replacing it with a narrative of the UK being four separate sovereign countries only loosely held together by the House of Commons. This path that the UK has been set upon has a trajectory that will eventually lead to the complete disintegration of the UK as a nation state, unless authentic Unionists, work together to stop it happening. © 2019 Stephen Bailey.

The SNP have declared they will take their seats (a representational party) in the Britsh Parliament (this is an act of deep meaning - they are accepting the binding authority of the constituency electorate to go and be part of the whole British Nation in the British Parliament) they are not standing on an abstentionist manifesto, so the Union across Scotland is already secure in the 2019 General Election.
There are 59 seats across Scotland so the SNP can never form a majority on their own they must be assisted by the Conservative, Labour and Liberals as they were in in the referendum legislation of 2012, 2013 and 2014.

The "Brexit" Party was a fake party.
It was an off the shelf Limited Company promoted as a politcal party and the shares are 100% owned by the Conservative Party.

Once again tactical voting is being proposed for Unionists in Scotland (and elswhere) in a general election. This is self defeating and will ensure the complete dissolution of the Nation.
It not only diverts from the need to form a new party across the United Kingdom armed with a broad manifesto of national restoration, repair and regeneration, it rewards the Conservative and Labour and Liberal parties for their moral, social, economic and political dissolution over 50 years.
Not least it rewards the Conservative Party for initiating the 2014 referendum (not the SNP) on the existance of the United Kingdom itself (it then floated another in March 2017).
All of these parties they agree on the same anti-British and "progressive" manifesto.
No matter who you vote for between these three parties you will get the same anti-British "progressive manifesto.

The SNP is Innocent
The only party to initiate a referendum (referendums are unconstitutional) on the existence of the United Kingdom (described by the BBC as the "Scottish Independence Referendum" - as though the United Kingdom would simply sail on regardless of the absence of Scotland - it wouldn't that would be the end of the United Kingdom) is the Conservative Party - NOT THE SNP.
The Conservative Party launched the referendum on the 8th of January 2012 on the Andrew Marr Show (the video of this did appear on You Tube but has been taken down although a search may bring up a transcript of David Cameron's words.
(The referendum on the existence of United Kingdom took place on a franchise that excluded 9/10 of the British electoral register and was configured to elicit the highest "Yes" for separation vote.
Actually the Conservative Party has initiated two referendums on the existence of the United Kingdom. Theresa May initiated a second in March 2017 and let it hang in the air in order to drive unionists in Scotland to vote for the Conservative Party. This tactic is being used again in this election.
The Conservative Party care nothing for the Union , to them it is an outdated troublesome and embarrasing expensive relic - wether it's Northern Ireland, Wales or indeed the North of England or the poorer parts of the rest of England outside "multicultural" London.

Enough to say that a "hard" border at Heathrow or Dover or other high profile border points such as Liverpool or Manchester Airports etc are merely for cosmetic appearance only. Anyone who wishes to enter the UK - with or without illegal things - the United Kingdom simply has to avoid these sites and other high publicity sites and enter via the borderless low publicity points such as the Norfolk coast, the fields of Fermanagh, Carmarthenshire or the Hebrides.
By havinig a border at the edge of the Nation all the checks and identification facilities and hardware can exist take place at the defined entry point (we note that that itelf can become a high employment and high pay zone of regular high qualty employment) into and out of the Nation. This allows for physical administrative and technological checks to take place at the perihprey thereby allowing safe and secure free and common movement and trade to ta ie ke place inside the Nation without further physical, admninistrave or technological requirement.
Once checked, cleared and permitted to enter through the border zone the free movement of people and goods can take place all now subject to the common laws, taxes and tariffs and regulation of the Nation.
While the Conservative and Labour establishment have retreated from the national border (ie "Boris Johnson deal") at the territorial edge of the Nation they have metamorphed the border into internalised domestic regulations and control checks ie at bank counters, vehicle hire counters, increased proof of identity checks at public service counters and of course container parks in London etc. These checks cause delay and expense for general transactions in the nation while checks at the border would be functional. ie We do not

The Three Purposes of a General Election
The first purpose of a general election is to identify and confirm (or otherwise) the constituted institution of power and it's territory.
This is done by parliamentary candidates across all constituencies declaring that they will (representational) or will not (abstentionist) go and sit (be part of the whole) in the British Parliament.
(The SNP declares that they will go and take thier seats in the British Parliament even though they say the do not want to be part of it - they do this to win more votes and constituencies).
The second purpose is for the principal two parties of state to offer (differing) manifesto's so that the electorate have a choice of direction for the country.
The third purposeof a general election is to ensure that the electorate have a reasonably regular exercise of their exclusive electoral authority regarding their free governance.
Note:
After the forthcoming general election, should an SNP MP wish to remove the constituency they represent from the British Parliament, they must first resign their seat or wait for another general election and then offer themselves as abstentionist parlamentary candidates at the following constituency election.
A refusal to do so will be unconstitutional and illegal and must be met with the full force of the law and the British State.

In other words however you vote (Conservative,Labour Liberals, SNP, PC etc) you will get the same government ie "Progressive" on all subjects.
How do you alter this ? by the formation of a new party that will defeat and marginalise these parties.
However there appears to be no motivation to establish such a party.

It is now 10 years since the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland (it's highest court) voted to retreat from Biblical Scripture (RE: The Rennie Case) and submit to the secular "Equality and Diversity" Code.
In 2012 the Church of Scotland's Tron Church congregation in central Glasgow, was thrown onto the streets after a writ was served on it by the Church of Scotland for holding to Biblical Scripture and contesting the 2009 General Assembly decision.
The vested interests in the Church of Scotland (the "progressive" Scottish establishment, the self appointed "middle class", the Manse, the Stipend etc) determined that those holding to Biblical Scripture would be cast out.
These two events reflect the 50 year retreat of the established church (including the Church of England) and the marginalisation of the Nations spiritual landscape
(the Roman Catholic Church would also be marginalised by the forces of the "Progressive" Cult - see the treatment of Fr Morris, Priest of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church in Glasgow - a Chaplin at Glasgow Caledonian University).
These retreats by the established church have led to a loss of direction in national, sprititual and temporal life as well as increasing selfishness, mass misery and lonliness, debt and emptiness in private life, especially in the new secularised and atomised society, an atomised space that rather than being full of Christian witness, practice and convention is now being filled and regulated by the secular Equality and Diversity Cult.

To the secular cult of the self that now dominates what is left of British society, marriage is a religious, political and social restriction on selfishness and pleasure.
They are of course, correct.
Part of the motivation for the abandonment of our – still - established national Christian religion is the drive towards selfish pleasure – the sovereignty of the self starts and ends with the gratification of physical and material wants.

Who We Are
commonrepresentation.org.uk is a small campaign group based in Glasgow, dedicated to the Union, it works mostly in the constitutional and policy field conducting research and publishing articles and papers.
The campaign has engaged with officials at the highest levels in parliament and government.
Research papers by commonrepresentation.org.uk and endorsed by our campaign have been published by both House of Commons and House of Lords committee's and commission's (available on Parliament's website)
these include: the HOL Constitutional Committee and the HOC McKay Commission on Devolution.

Our Position
Legislative devolution has created an electoral, territorial and institutional conflict.
It is breaking up the United Kingdom.
Legislative devolution wastes resouces.

We support administrative devolution.
England is governed though administrative devolution.
We must:
1. Repeal legislative devolution.
The Scottish Parliament, Northern Ireland Assembly, the Welsh Assembly (and the London Assmbly) must be abolished.
All powers and functions must be returned to national government and local councils.
Only the 129 MSP's, 90 MLA and 60 AM and all their political staff must be sacked.
All other employee's to be retained in the public sector.
All devolved public staff must be retained and merged into the British civil service or local council employment.
2. Introduce administrative devolution (restore local council powers) across the United Kingdom.
20 subject matters (Mandatory, permisive and regulatory powers) given to all local councils
(abolish Proportional Representation (PR) across councils and the restore"first past the post" method of election for local council's).
