The day after ”The Edinburgh Agreement” was signed there was no mass public celebrations reported in any Scottish city, town or village. Come to think of it there was no celebrations at all apart from inside the security cordon of the signing itself - populated by the same devo parties, payroll and client base that has brought you a nation in ruins.
